Michigan Healthy Worksite Platform

The “Healthy Work Environments” platform is available for use by all Michigan employers who are interested in improving the health of their workforce. The platform contains tools and resources to improve a worksite’s infrastructure to support health, physical activity, healthy eating, and tobacco-free lifestyles.  Visit the site at: http://mihealthtools.org/work/.

The following tools are available to support healthy environments at work:

  • After registration is completed, the employer has access to all of the online tools, along with complete instructions for use
  • A feedback report with suggestions for improvement
  • An action planning tool that allows employers to choose the improvements they want to make and document progress and completion
  • Survey tools to capture employee interests and feedback
  • A success story tool to document and share a worksite’s achievements

How to Use the Website

  • After registration is completed, the employer has access to all of the online tools, along with complete instructions for use
