Promising Practices to Reduce Infant Mortality Through Equity (PRIME)

This project is focused on supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) infant mortality reduction efforts in African American and Native American communities. The work consists of providing 3-day Heath Equity and Social Justice Workshops, Learning Lab sessions, participation in committees and workgroups, and providing general technical assistance and consultation services to MDHHS related to equity and social justice issues within their work.
