MI Innovations in Care Coordination

Centers:

The Michigan Innovations in Care Coordination (MICC) Project’s goal is to improve access to coordinated and integrated care for children at risk for Autism Spectrum Disorder/Developmental Delay (ASD/DD). Through community, parent and stakeholder engagement, the MICC project educates and trains providers on providing timely evaluations and services for children. At risk children receive timely identification, intervention and coordination of services and family members are supported as equal partners in establishing a collaborative system of care.
