MPHI designed, develops, and hosts a web-based data collection tool for the Healthy Start Project, funded by the Intertribal Council of Michigan. The tool allows you to create a client, and then add different data collection forms to the client as they progress through the program. Only specific forms are available to different types of clients. Permissions are configured to only allow access to data needed. Search features allow users to search on first name, last name, site, healthy start ID, amongst others. Data download allows sites and application admins to download all of their data in an easy-to-manipulate Excel file.
The application receives imports from the State of Michigan MIHP system, which reduces the need for double data entry into both systems.
MPHI continues to partner with the Inter-Tribal Council of Michigan to enhance and maintain the application.
