Through a partnership with the MDHHS, HIV Care and Prevention Section, Quality Assurance and Training Unit, MPHI has assisted in enhancing the quality and improving the efficiency of training through the coordination and implementation of statewide HIV/STD and nursing conferences for local agencies to meet the educational needs of its staff. Additionally, leveraging the skill sets and expertise of MDHHS trainers through a co-creation, facilitation professional development model, MPHI’s expert facilitators are coaching the HIV Training Team on the process and integration of facilitation process improvements for the delivery of training content to engage adult learners.
