The team provides a variety of services to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) as well as other local agencies. The team provides the following services:
- Facilitation of small, medium, and large meetings
- Business process analysis and redesign
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and management
- Request for proposal writing and process management
- Technical writing services
- Policy and procedure analysis and writing
- Project Management
In all efforts, the MPHI team uses a methodology that asks questions rather than making assumptions to get to the core business needs and goals of the client, and then facilitates meeting those needs and goals. MPHI’s strategic work has contributed to transforming our business model to support additional growth opportunities.
