Assistance is provided at every step of event development: training needs assessment, program concept, public relations and marketing solutions, scriptwriting and story boarding, speaker and facility logistics, call for scientific abstracts and posters, exhibitor and sponsor solicitation, onsite staffing and training evaluation.

Rich Media Webcasting
In fiscal year 2009 MPHI Rich Media Webcasting produced over 260 webcasts for its governmental and non-profit customers. These webcasts were viewed by more than 89,000 individuals in 2009. These numbers are increasing weekly. As of October 2009, the average number of webcasts viewed per week is 185. These Rich Media Webcasts are viewed by more than 4000 individuals per week. Our customers are telling us that they prefer communicating to their constituents via webcasting because:
