MPHI Data Center
The data center was designed from the ground up to house modern servers and network infrastructure for the health care community. It is fully capable of handling current and future high density systems with built-in redundant systems to ensure continuous availability for mission-critical systems or as a disaster recovery site.
Modern servers and technology consume enormous amounts of electrical power and, due to the heat they generate, require massive amounts of cooling. Built in 2008, MPHI’s data center has over a thousand square feet of hosting space with ample power, cooling, communications and redundant systems to meet the demanding needs of modern health information technology (HIT) systems. It was built to exceed the security requirements of HIPAA and other regulations and has comprehensive physical and network security. The data center is conveniently located in a central-Michigan technology park with robust infrastructure.
