Board & Governance
MPHI’s Board of Directors consists of no fewer than 12 and no more than 15 board members. The Michigan Department of Community Health appoints six representatives, the University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Wayne State University each appoints two representatives. In addition, up to three other Directors may be elected by the Board. Boards members come from all backgrounds, bring many different talents to the organization.
