Board & Governance
MPHI’s Board of Directors consists of no fewer than 12 and no
more than 15 board members. The Michigan Department of Community Health
appoints six representatives and the University of Michigan, Michigan State
University and Wayne State University each appoints two representatives. In addition to these partners, at-large
members represent business, media, and community-based organizations. The diverse backgrounds of Board members bring
many different talents to the organization.
